Today, Florida Governor Rick Scott fought for children in his state and for the 10th Amendment in one fell swoop. He did this by removing Florida from the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARC), the consortium creating Common Core tests, of which Florida was the fiscal agent. Republican Study Committee Offers Obamacare Alternative

Fox host Chris Wallace said he received opposition research from top Republicans to use against Ted Cruz.
