The fiscal disaster of Pelosicare

Just like the Baucus bill, the health care “reform” bill which is being pushed by Nancy Pelosi (and which she might or might not have the votes to get through the House) is nothing more than financial smoke and mirrors, a massive tax and spend program which will cost far more than Pelosi or her useful idiots at the CBO want you to believe.

There is no data to support your contention.

People were afraid, for example, that Ohio would be decimated by NAFTA. However, from 1994, it took until this current terrible recession for Ohio's unemployment rate to reach the same level it had been in the month before NAFTA was enacted.

The US's share of worldwide manufacturing has been quite stable for years, even decades.

If you're going to make wild claims about millions of jobs lost to outsourcing, you should understand the whole picture. For example, outsourcing tends to cause the creating of higher-paying jobs in the US.

Instead of supporting a tax and spend program that everyone else wants, lets continue supporting massive tax-cut and spend programs that nobody wants such as the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

A recent report stated that under her health reform plan, a measly 2% of Americans would choose a public option. The real disaster are the millions of jobs lost to outsourcing and the thousands of jobs taken by imported workers. This country has been whored out and the employer based health insurance model has been decimated. I guess some people won't wake up until China plants its flag at the White House.
