On behalf of FreedomWorks’ activist community, I urge you to contact your representative and ask him or her to cosponsor the Increasing Health Coverage through HRAs Act, H.R. 4123, introduced by Rep. Dan Bishop (R-N.C.). This bill would codify the Trump administration’s 2019 HRA rule and empower employees to take greater ownership of their health coverage.

On behalf of FreedomWorks’ activist community, I urge you to contact your representative and senators and ask them to cosponsor the Right to Test Act, H.R. 719 and S. 152. Introduced by Rep. Patrick McHenry and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), the Right to Test Act would simply allow states to approve COVID-19 testing to be used in their state without the interference of the Federal Drug Administration (FDA).

Dusty Johnson (R-S.D.), the District of Columbia-Maryland Reunion Act would retrocede residential areas of Washington, D.C. into Maryland.

FreedomWorks is proud to announce that our bill of the month for December 2020 is S.J.Res. 76, Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-Texas) “Keep Nine” constitutional amendment to require that the Supreme Court be composed of nine justices.

Since Judge Amy Coney Barrett was nominated to serve on the Supreme Court, Joe Biden and Senate Democrats have repeatedly said that Barrett would be a vote to strike down the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which most of us know as Obamacare.

FreedomWorks Foundation's Regulatory Action Center (RAC) submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding regulatory changes for outpatient facilities. This proposal would grant more flexibility to physicians and patients to seek care at lower costs. It also repeals regulations unnecessarily implemented by Obamacare.

If you used your free time on Saturday or Sunday to watch football, you may have seen an ad run by Joe Biden’s campaign in which the narrator says that Biden won’t raise taxes on anyone earning less than $400,000 annually. The ad perpetuates the myth that the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was a “tax cut for the rich.” As Chris Edwards of the Cato Institute notes, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act “provided the largest percentage tax cuts to the bottom two quintiles—that is, the bottom 40 percent of U.S. households.”
