On October 4, Attorney General Merrick Garland directed the FBI to mobilize against parents who oppose the teaching of critical race theory (CRT) in schools. This came shortly after the National School Boards Association (NBSA) sent a letter to President Biden, which slandered parents expressing their concerns about leftist indoctrination as “domestic terrorists.”

This year, FreedomWorks’ BEST (Building Education for Students Together) program has traveled across the country to train thousands of parents on how they can take back their school board one seat at a time. It’s clear that parents are eager to take action.

A new member now representing Florida’s 19th Congressional District in the southwest part of the state, Rep. As the United States approaches the one-year anniversary of COVID-19 lockdowns being imposed across the nation, Democrats and their allies in the teachers unions continue to falsely claim that schools can’t be reopened safely. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.) and Ted Budd (R-N.C.). The bill would make permanent the temporary moratorium on congressional earmarks put into effect in 2010 by creating a point of order against any provision within a bill that matches the definition of an earmark.

Introduced by Rep. Ted Budd (R-N.C.) and Sen. Steve Daines (R-Mont.), the A PLUS Act would allow states to opt out of onerous Obama- and Bush-era federal education requirements.
