David Collins
Strategic Programs Grant Manager
David Collins is the strategic programs grant manager for FreedomWorks. In this position, he advances FreedomWorks’ mission by discovering and partnering with like-minded foundations to promote our shared values and goals.
Immediately prior to joining FreedomWorks, David advocated for freedom at Students For Liberty as a donor cultivation officer and at Washington Legal Foundation as a public affairs and development assistant. Before that, David primarily taught World History to ninth graders and coached the JV football and freshman basketball teams at Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School.
David lives in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife and their three children. In his free time, David enjoys being with his family, reading non-fiction books, and working on his house.
He is a graduate of Dickinson College with a degree in Political Science.
