The NSA is out of control. Recent leaks have revealed that the U.S. government is spying on all of us. This is a direct violation of our 4th amendment right against unreasonable government searches. Government officials are reading our emails, looking through our Internet search history, and listening in on our phone calls without a warrant.
Well, what are we going to do about it?
Let’s make some noise.
“The Day We Fight Back” is a day of action scheduled for February 11, 2014. Over 4,000 organizations and websites have announced their support for the anti-NSA spying campaign. The participants range from DailyKos and Demand Progress to the Libertarian Party and FreedomWorks.
Anyone can get involved! Do whatever you can.
According to the Day We Fight Back website, here are some ways to make an impact: “This moment is whatever we, the broad community of people who care about the Internet, make of it. Post a comment with a link to every NSA-related story. Make and share a meme. Build a website. Organize an event.”
The website features photos that you can share on Facebook, such as:

Here at FreedomWorks, we will be encouraging our members to contact their representatives and urge them to cosponsor the USA Freedom Act. The bill is a step in the right direction to curb the powers of the NSA and increase government transparency. Click here to find out more.
The mass NSA surveillance should outrage every single American. It's time to make our voices heard.
What are you going to do on February 11th?
