ADVISORY: FreedomWorks September Rightalk Radio Show Airs Today at 2:00pm EST

Today at 2:00 pm EST, FreedomWorks Radio will discuss the Federal Government’s funding of Katrina relief without increasing the already growing budget deficit and our grassroots activists efforts in lobbying for the Freedom Agenda on Capitol Hill.

To open the show, FreedomWorks’ Director of Public Policy, Max Pappas will join FreedomWorks Radio to about talk government spending in the wake of Katrina, Social Security Reform, and taxes.

In the second segment, we will continue our discussion with Max and further discuss the Freedom Agenda. We will discuss the prospect of the US Congress passing the death tax, reforming local cable franchise laws to give all Americans real cable choice, and rejecting the Specter-Leahy Asbestos Trust Fund and instead passing strict Medical Criteria to stop the flood of frivolous asbestos litigation.

To conclude the show, FreedomWorks’ Campaign Coordinator, Brendan Steinhauser will discuss our current grassroots campaign efforts.
